Lynette’s clinical (RGN) experience spans over 20 years across General Medicine, Infection Control, Clinical Research, and Case Management. She is a results-oriented practitioner and a proactive team player who works effectively within targets and deadlines. Lynette demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills and efficiently conducts clinical audits, producing clear and concise audit reports.

She possesses strong presentation skills and has the ability to design and deliver training programs. Lynette has experience in developing research proposals, concept notes, and SOPs, and has written and presented reports at organisational Board and Committee meetings. She also has extensive Case Management experience working with a diverse population, effectively assessing clients and producing a wide range of case management documentation, including INA reports, summary reports, MDT reports, and individualised care plans.
