We have extensive experience in supporting clients who have sustained serious injuries including:
- Spinal cord injuries
- Orthopaedic injuries
- Brain injuries
- Amputations
We undertake Immediate Needs Assessments (INAs) and provide a detailed and comprehensive report of our findings.
Our reports include the following:
- An assessment of the individual's current medical and rehabilitation needs
- Recommendations for the type of treatment and interventions required including rationale
- Description of the short, medium and long term goals with anticipated outcomes
- Estimation of duration and costs of all recommendations
We aim to complete the INA client visit within 10 working days from referral. We will then complete the INA report within 10 working days of the initial INA client visit.
Following the Immediate Needs Assessment (INA), we are able to provide ongoing case management services. This includes rehabilitation, care and support services for our clients and regular updates to our referrers.
Our case managers play a central role in accessing statutory services, sourcing the most suitable therapies, building relationships with our clients and their families and managing complex situations.
Our Pre-INA service is designed to speed up the process of obtaining both funds and resources for clients who have suffered serious injuries due to accident or negligence.
The service is offered on a no win no fee basis.
Our service offers referrers the chance to have one of our experienced case managers assess clients as soon as possible post injury. Following this assessment, we will produce a Pre-INA report which can be used to highlight the bespoke needs of the client and enable discussions regarding rehabilitation to take place much earlier.
To make a referral please submit the Pre-INA referral form on our contact page and we will forward a copy of our Terms and Conditions including costs. On receipt of a signed copy, we will proceed as instructed.
