Our team understands the physical, emotional, and social impact of these conditions—and we’re here to guide recovery every step of the way.
📋 What Our INA Reports Include
Each INA report offers a detailed overview of the client’s current situation and future needs, including:
✅ Assessment of current medical and rehabilitation needs
✅ Recommendations for treatment and interventions, with clinical rationale
✅ Short, medium, and long-term goals with anticipated outcomes
✅ Estimated duration and costs of all recommended services
Our reports are designed to inform solicitors, insurers, and rehabilitation teams, ensuring coordinated and goal-driven support.
Ongoing Case Management
Following the completion of an Immediate Needs Assessment (INA), we offer comprehensive ongoing case management services to support clients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
🔄 Continuity of Care
Our case managers provide seamless coordination of:
- Rehabilitation services
- Complex care and support packages
- Regular progress updates to referrers and stakeholders
We ensure that every aspect of care is aligned with the client’s goals and evolving needs.
🧩 Expert Navigation of Complex Systems
Our case managers play a pivotal role in:
- Accessing statutory services and entitlements
- Sourcing the most appropriate therapies and interventions
- Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Managing complex clinical, social, and logistical challenges
With a proactive and compassionate approach, we help clients achieve meaningful outcomes while reducing stress for families and professionals involved.
Our Pre-INA service is designed to speed up the process of obtaining both funds and resources for clients who have suffered serious injuries due to accident or negligence.
The service is offered on a no win no fee basis.
Our service offers referrers the chance to have one of our experienced case managers assess clients as soon as possible post injury. Following this assessment, we will produce a Pre-INA report which can be used to highlight the bespoke needs of the client and enable discussions regarding rehabilitation to take place much earlier.
To make a referral please submit the Pre-INA referral form on our contact page and we will forward a copy of our Terms and Conditions including costs. On receipt of a signed copy, we will proceed as instructed.
