Led by Founder & Clinical Director Lucie Robertson, a Registered General Nurse with over 20 years of experience, our leadership is grounded in deep clinical expertise. Lucie’s background in district nursing, Continuing Healthcare, and complex rehabilitation ensures our services are both compassionate and clinically robust.
Katy partnered with Lucie in 2025 and is now the joint owner of KCM, focusing on the business growth and commercial direction. Katy is responsible for the business strategy, people leadership and stakeholder relationship management, in particular with law firms across the UK. With 20 years of experience in healthcare executive roles across the UK and Australia, including positions in both the NHS and private healthcare sectors, Katy is deeply passionate about improving the client rehabilitation journey.
She brings a wealth of expertise to advance the commercial side of KCM in collaboration with the clinical team.
Her international background includes:
Designing and implementing suicide prevention services in Western Australia.
Managing acute and community NHS operations in the UK - hospital to home rehabilitation programs.
Directing and stabilising a rehabilitation case management company following an acquisition, as part of a large private equity healthcare group in the UK.
Collaborating with non-profit organisations on strategy development such as Headway Cambridgeshire & Peterborough.
Directing transformation programs following significant acquisitions and mergers.
Jenny is an experienced VA who spent 20 years as a primary school teacher, before transitioning into being an executive assistant to business owners. Her time working as a teacher has enabled her to master skills in the following:
Breaking any task down into manageable steps
Maintaining meticulous records and systems
Communicating clearly and professionally
Meeting strict deadlines while juggling multiple priorities
Thinking creatively to solve problems
As a virtual assistant, Jenny applies these same skills to help streamline business operations. Whether it's managing email inboxes, coordinating team calendars for client appointments, or organising digital clinical files, Jenny handles the administrative details so that our team can focus on clinical client centred care and growing the business.
Physiotherapist & Award-Winning Case Manager
Rachael is a highly experienced physiotherapist and award-winning case manager, with over 24 years of clinical experience in neurological rehabilitation across the UK and the Middle East. Her work spans inpatient, outpatient, and community settings, giving her a deep understanding of the full rehabilitation journey.
She adopts a biopsychosocial approach, recognising the critical role of a client’s environment in shaping recovery outcomes. Her inquisitive nature and commitment to lifelong learning drive her to explore innovative strategies when progress stalls—ensuring every client receives the most effective and personalised care.
Rachael is known for her flexible and compassionate communication style, supporting clients and families through the emotional and practical challenges of life-changing injuries. She collaborates seamlessly with agencies across both private and statutory sectors, and ensures timely referrals to charitable organisations when appropriate.
Her postgraduate degree in psychology, with modules in pharmacology, neuroscience, and neuropsychology, enhances her ability to assess complex needs and formulate targeted rehabilitation plans. Rachael remains actively engaged in continuing professional development (CPD) to keep her clinical skills sharp and her knowledge current.
