We are a nurse led service with extensive experience in healthcare & rehabilitation. We are proficient in the clinical case management of adults and children with traumatic brain injury, spinal injuries, and complex orthopaedic injuries. We have a wealth of experience in working on complex cases & supporting clients from assessment and through their rehabilitation journey. Our Clinical Director is located in the north of the UK, and our Commercial Director is located in the South of the UK. Our clinical team are located in the North, South, the Midlands and London. We can service clients across the UK.

Meet the team
Lucie has over 18 years’ experience as a Registered General Nurse, and she has worked as a Rehabilitation Case Manager for 10 years.
Lucie is proficient in the case management of adults with Acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Injuries and complex Orthopaedic Injuries. This includes completing Immediate Needs Assessments and overseeing ongoing rehabilitation care and support.
Lucie skilfully supports her clients to identify their short and long-term rehabilitation goals and formulates action plans around these. She is highly experienced in liaising with the instructing parties to provide well justified recommendations, in order for her clients to receive the most beneficial rehabilitation package to meet their individual needs.
Lucie is a confident communicator and experienced in liaising with specialist multidisciplinary teams to ensure that the client’s needs are met fully and to the best possible standard. Her experience as a former district nurse and Continuing Healthcare Assessor is key to her proficiency in setting up long term care packages and managing the client care assessment process. Lucie is adept at devising care plans and risk assessments for clients with complex care and rehabilitation needs.
Lucie has a wide range of clinical and managerial experience and is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). She is a full member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN).
Samantha has over 15 years’ experience as an occupational therapist who specialises in adult neurology, neuropsychiatry, and mental health. She has a particular focus on acute neurological rehabilitation, neurological community rehabilitation and social integration. Samantha has worked in both acute and community settings as a senior occupational therapist before working as a case manager.
As a case manager Samantha has worked supporting clients with cognitive disorders and injuries, including traumatic and acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries and orthopaedic injuries,
Drawing on her extensive experience Samantha is passionate about facilitating clients' rehabilitation goals through a multi-disciplinary team approach, which includes identifying suitable support workers and creating personalised support packages.
Samantha is an experienced team leader, providing supervision and managing therapy plans within budget constraints. She is able to build strong relationships with all team members ensuring that clients feel supported and understood throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Samantha has a wide range of clinical and managerial experience and is registered with the British Association of Occupational Therapists (BAOT) the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and the British Association of Brian Injury and Complex Case Management (BABICM).
Matthew is a highly skilled Case Manager and Advanced Clinical Practitioner with over 34 years of experience within the NHS.
Registered with HCPC and a member of BABICM, Matthew has a proven track record of conducting holistic assessments, developing comprehensive rehabilitation and care plans and liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive tailored care.
Matthew is an experienced case manager with extensive expertise in managing all aspects of the rehabilitation procedure. He is warm, empathetic and adept at adapting to different situations with ease.
Matthew qualifications include Independent Prescriber’s Course, MSc Advanced Clinical Practice, HCPC Registered Paramedic Course and an Advanced Paramedic Course.
Conditions Worked With (Not Exhaustive) Brain injuries, Parkinson's Disease, Dementia, other neurological illnesses, spinal injuries, orthopaedic injuries, burns, catastrophic injuries, mental health difficulties, emergencies and emergency care.
Anita is a forward-thinking, motivated and enthusiastic individual with an extensive expert professional and clinical knowledge in both Primary and Secondary Care. She works well under pressure and possess good analytical and problem-solving skills. Anita is an effective communicator and has frequently been required to communicate complex and highly sensitive information. She also believes that she can prioritise and demonstrate effective time management and organisational skills. Anita is committed to client-centricity and as such, is not afraid to challenge people if necessary in order to achieve the best standards of care for patients.
Specialising as an expert witness, conducting healthcare assessments and Dols assessments, Jane is a Qualified Independent Best Interest Assessor and DoLS Signatory. Jane has 30 years experience as a Registered General Nurse and in senior leadership roles.
She is dependable, responsible, confident, proactive, and dedicated to client centred approaches in rehabilitation care. Jane fully embraces the patient centred principles and believes that when clients have a better chance to participate in their rehabilitation, the chances of recovery significantly increase. Jane is an accomplished case management professional with extensive experience achieving positive client outcomes.
Jane has extensive experience in client-facing roles and demonstrated legal and regulatory expertise to provide expert client support and case management. She is a resourceful individual with talent for problem-solving and fostering relationships. Jane possesses strong communication and organisational skills, with keen understanding of client needs and is committed to making meaningful impact by supporting clients through challenging situations and ensuring positive outcomes.
Katy partnered with Lucie in 2025 and is now the joint owner of KCM, focusing on the business growth and commercial direction. Katy is responsible for the business strategy, people leadership and stakeholder relationship management, in particular with law firms across the UK. With 20 years of experience in healthcare executive roles across the UK and Australia, including positions in both the NHS and private healthcare sectors, Katy is deeply passionate about improving the client rehabilitation journey.
She brings a wealth of expertise to advance the commercial side of KCM in collaboration with the clinical team.

Jenny is an experienced VA who spent 20 years as a primary school teacher, before transitioning into being an executive assistant to business owners. Her time working as a teacher has enabled her to master skills in the following:

As a virtual assistant, Jenny applies these same skills to help streamline business operations. Rachael is a physiotherapist and award-winning case manager with over 24 years of clinical experience, particularly in neurological treatment settings across the UK and the Middle East. She has engaged with patients in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings, acquiring invaluable first-hand experience in treating and supporting individuals throughout various stages of their rehabilitation journey.
Rachael employs a biopsychosocial approach to rehabilitation, recognizing how a client’s immediate environment can influence successful recovery. Her inquisitive nature drives her to remain open to learning and exploring new and alternative strategies when rehabilitation does not progress as expected.
She has honed flexible and effective communication skills, demonstrating compassion while interacting with rehabilitation clients and their families who are navigating the challenges of life-altering injuries. Throughout the rehabilitation process, Rachael effectively collaborates with multiple agencies and providers within both private and statutory sectors, ensuring appropriate referrals to charitable organisations when necessary.
Additionally, Rachael has earned a postgraduate degree in psychology, which includes modules on pharmacology, neuroscience, and neuropsychology. These qualifications have empowered her to conduct thorough assessments of her clients, identify obstacles, and address limitations to achieve desired rehabilitation outcomes. She actively participates in continuing professional development (CPD) activities as part of her professional registration requirements, ensuring her skills and knowledge remain up-to-date.
Claire is an advanced Social Worker who is also an extremely dedicated and committed case management professional, striving to continuously improve outcomes for children and adults. She has significant experience of working as a social worker in a variety of settings and has been qualified for 16 years.
Claire has excellent communication skills and has experience of establishing and maintaining good relationships with children, young people, adults and their families and carers.
Claire is driven and keen to progress in her chosen field and is an extremely hard working individual who can be relied upon and trusted to carry out tasks to a very high standard.
Caragh is a highly experienced Consultant Paediatric Occupational Therapist and Case Manager. Caragh has taken on a central role in managing complex paediatric cases.
As a case manager, Caragh communicates regularly with clients, instructing parties, families, therapists, psychologists, teachers, consultants and other medical professionals. She arranges regular MDT and clinical meetings, communicates closely with parents, and has regular contact with clinicians, and other professionals. Caragh is responsible for providing regular case management update reports to the instructing solicitors. She provides all
aspects of case management clinical documentation, including therapy reports, updated client goals and risk assessments.

Fatimah brings over twenty years of extensive experience in physiotherapy, with a specialisation in paediatrics as well as complex musculoskeletal, spinal, orthopaedic, and vestibular conditions. Throughout her 20 years of professional journey, she has refined her skills within both the NHS and private sectors, managing a diverse array of cases, including severe neurological conditions and complex rehabilitation needs.
