Steph Leigh is an experienced Registered Nurse and Case Manager with a strong clinical background spanning complex care, neonatal nursing, trauma, disability assessment and clinical governance. Since qualifying in 2010, Steph has supported clients across the lifespan, including adults, children and infants with complex injuries, neurological conditions and long-term health needs. Steph brings extensive experience in catastrophic and life- changing injury, including traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, polytrauma, birth injury and complex medical or neurological conditions.

Her approach to case management is rooted in compassion, sound clinical judgement and a deep understanding of how injury affects the whole person. She works with clients, families and multi disciplinary teams to deliver tailored rehabilitation plans and high-quality, person centred care. She is known for her calm professional manner, transparent communication and commitment to helping clients rebuild independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
