With 20 years of experience in healthcare executive roles across the UK and Australia, including positions in both the NHS and private healthcare sectors, Katy is deeply passionate about improving the client rehabilitation journey.
She brings a wealth of expertise to advance the commercial side of KCM in collaboration with Lucie and their clinical team of rehabilitation experts.

Directing and stabilising a rehabilitation case management company following an acquisition, as part of a large private equity healthcare group in the UK.

Directing transformation programs following significant acquisitions and mergers.
Katy also invests in small businesses that have potential for joint business collaboration in early rehabilitation and the medico-legal industry.
